一如之前的報道所述，今日Eurogroup確實向希臘發放援助餘款，但只發放28億歐元中的11億歐元，資金會在兩星期後交予希臘，另外的17億歐元要兩星期後的ESM會議上，歐元區方面得到更多數據後再決定是否可以及何時發放。
The institutions also informed ministers on the progress on Greece’s clearance of net arrears. Once the relevant data for September becomes available and the institutions provide a positive assessment, the ESM Board of Directors is expected to approve the further release of €1.7 billion for arrears clearance.
根據Politico的報道，Eurogroup對希臘達成援助前的改革進度感到滿意，但目前另一主要問題是IMF仍未決定是否參與下輪援助計劃，因為德國國會通過的援助方案是以IMF參與作為基礎的，如果IMF最終拒絕參與，會對德政府帶來巨大壓力。
