「消息人士」主導的傳媒機制仲有無價值？
每月一度的Chicago Booth 網上Capital Idea 論壇，今個月就討論一個同商業學術本身有點距離的題目:

不時會見到有人以「經濟學都唔作道德批判嘅」來述經濟學者無情感的形象，但其實呢個睇法唔太全面。
我相信大部份經濟學學生（特別是有經歷過高考的人）都會知道由Milton Friedman早年的Positive Economics概念，大意是指經濟學作為一門實證科學，在推論時應客觀事實而本，集中處理「What is」的問題，而若「應唔應該」這類「What ought to be」的問題，因為後者為Normative Economics的範疇。
問題是不少人會認為Positive Economics就完全代表著經濟學，這有點不太全面......
