Bloomberg有篇文章,訪問左一啲係委內瑞拉仲有工開仲有糧出的居民,總結出三個高通脹下出糧的方法。

1) 不停加人工

報道訪問到兩位委國居民是以這個方式出糧,其中一位係在首都Caracas做物業公司法律顧問,佢表示每個月的薪酬都平均會增加60%,但這仍不足追到估計高達1700%通脹率,佢同所有公司同事早在8月就向公司要求,預支2017年所有的薪金。

2) 另加美元補水

報道指,僱主會用各種的額外獎金,以補償員工受通脹侵蝕的薪酬。常見的有直接向員工提供美元獎金,並直接存款到美國的戶口,以保障款項安全。僱主亦會向員工提升午餐,並發放食物券,甚至直接給員工食物及飲品帶回家。

3) 月薪與黑市匯價掛鉤

呢個亦係常見嘅做法,但如果要維持一個員工的月薪在1000美元,去年6月他要支付800萬bolivars,到今年就要1.28億bolivars,僱主未必可以持續支付這樣的加幅。
